How Have You Been Involved?
Cast Member and Costume Designer.
What Roles Have You Played?
Having been involved for many years in musical theatre and
drama, and played many roles on stage opposite our Pantomime Dame, Kitty
Litter, in various productions, I decided to take the plunge and
audition for a part in the 2013 Pantomime ‘The Frog Prince’.
My character was that of the Queen who’s son was turned into a frog by a
wicked witch. This was also the first time I have been on stage with my
eldest daughter Eve who played one of the 'ladies-in-waiting'. Last
year I played an extremely 'scatterbrained' Guardian Angel in
'Hansel and Gretel’’s Big Adventure 2014 , a part I thoroughly enjoyed -
'the sillier the better'. And I was so happy to be acting alongside
both my daughters Eve and Faith Bodenham (Princess and Royal Guard) a
real family affair!!!
What Has Been Your Best Moment?
Every moment with the Panto crowd is a best moment. Every rehearsal is a delight with non-stop laughter from the moment we walk into the room till the time we go home. In the performances everyone pulls together to put on the best show we possibly can. Hunstanton Pantomime is an extended family from the backstage crew, front of house, ticket sellers to the very talented cast.

Why Did You Join The Hunstanton Panto?
I just love being on stage to be playing a character so different
from myself. To be involved with a great team of people who support each
other. Plus I love the wonderful original scripts written by our very
own 'Dame Kitty Litter', John Giller.
Your Last Comment?
The wonderful thing about being involved in John Giller’s
Pantomime is that it is in the ‘Old Tradition’ of children’s panto. His
scripts are unique, taken from the traditional 'Grimms Fairy Tales’ and
adapted to include a full cast from primary school children to more
senior members!!! It is very much a family show suitable for all ages,
and it is a privilege to be part of such a great team.
In Which Shows Have You Been Involved?
I have been involved in The Frog Prince 2013, and Hansel and Gretel's Big Adventure 2014.
