We ask Sharon some questions.
How Have You Been Involved?
Cast Member.
What Roles Have You Played?
I was the royal Housekeeper, in The Magical Puss in Boots 2011. In Pinocchio 2012 I
got to be the beautiful Blue Fairy, who turned Pinocchio into "a real
boy". (with my very own wand!) In The Frog Prince 2013 I played the baddie's
mother, Griselda the Witch. A total fruit loop with a nasty streak, who
turned the lovely baby prince into a frog. Back to the palace once more,
in Hansel & Gretel's Big Adventure 2014, where I played the Royal Nanny to the
beautiful Royal Princess.
Why Did You Join The Hunstanton Panto?
Having worked with John Giller on other shows he had written, the chance to be in one of his pantos, was too good to pass up. So I went along to the auditions and was lucky enough to be cast. The rest, as they say, is history.
What Has Been Your Best Moment?
So many great moments, it's hard to pick just one. But the best part of
every panto has to be the audience reaction - all the cheers, boos and
hisses. And my grandkids happy faces as they watch nanny make a fool of
herself!

Your Last Comment?
We've worked with each other, welcomed more new members and gone from
strength to strength in a few short years. We really are one big family
who support, encourage and laugh with each other, to bring you the very
best panto you'll see. Anyone who comes to see us doesn't need to wonder
if it really is as much fun as it looks. It's written on every smiling
face on stage. Can't wait to see what this years show, The Shoemaker and
the Elves, has in store. Knowing John it will be bigger, brighter and
better than before.
In Which Shows Have You Been Involved?
I have been involved in The Magical Puss in Boots 2011, Pinocchio 2012, The Frog Prince 2013 and Hansel & Gretel's Big Adventure 2014.
